Lots of companies talk about givin’ ya great heat and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrician service. But when ya ask ‘em what that means, they can’t give ya specifics. So Sherri and I came up with these here Pine Promises, kinda like we did when we said our wedding vows…
Pine Home Services promises you:
- We’re never late.
- No answering machines ever.
- No hidden fees.
- No second rate parts or people in our office, our trucks or your home.
- No arguing if we make a mistake.
We want to make you so happy you look forward to the next time you can have us in your home. Read our reviews and see how serious we are about our commitments.
We’re absolute sticklers about our guarantees, so if you feel we fell short in ANY of our promises above please write a review.
At the beginning we started thinking about the values and goals of Pine Home Services. What kinda people do we want to be? What’s gonna be our focus? It started at the smell you get with our indoor air quality products, but then we figured it was so good we thought it represented our whole Pine ideology…
- Smell Great Employees (from our clothes, to our trucks, to the way we answer the phone, to the air you breathe in your home)
- get Smell Great Training (we got plans to start Pinization University)
- and make Smell Great Salaries (the best in Minnesota)
so you get Smell Great residential home services.
Now that smells like a great idea! Sherri and I even came up with a little poem/rap that you can hear in one of the Pat & Sherri Commercials called “Pinization Poets”.
The Pinization Poem Rap Thing
Clean air sensations
Smell great dedication
You’ve been breathin’ dirty air all winter long
Now pollen’s got both nostrils clogged.
Well we got a truck that only cleans air ducts.
Takes ‘bout a day, cause we clean the right way.
Keep breathin’ clean with our clean air systems.
UV light that zaps germs before you breathe ‘em.
Pollen, pet dander and mold no more.
Microscopic diseases kicked out the door.
Like the smell of fresh rain right after the storm.
You’ll wonder why you settled for dirty air before.
